Commercial Innovation Manager

The Commercial Innovation Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development of
KERV’s suite of digital premium ad products. The role is responsible for working with
multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal: successfully commercializing KERV’s premium
advertising product through innovative product roadmaps which meet the needs of clients and the KERV business. This role will be responsible for taking in ideas, prioritizing, and managing the final products all of the way through testing, activation, materials, and other client facing outcomes.

Manager, Sales Planning & Strategy

Manage and develop KERV’s team of sales planners. The Sales Planning and Strategy team enables assigned sellers in building long‑term, strategic relationships and strategies with agencies and advertisers, especially with key accounts. This position will be required to master the Kerv technology, different Kerv products, their different applications, and the associated positioning of each use‑case for our partners.

Senior Director, EMEA Partnerships

This person will open our EMEA office and should be passionate about learning and growing their knowledge of the digital video and technology landscape, using that knowledge to build client relationships and drive revenue.

Director, Canada Agency & Brand Partnerships

Software Engineer, Web

As a Software Engineer at KERV Interactive, you will be building features to innovate our web platform and interactive distributables.  This engineer will develop our full stack, including Node.js applications that are used to manage and distribute video creatives, a richly interactive video ad unit that loads dynamic product data, a data collection system and reporting pipeline, along with the AWS infrastructure that supports it all.

Software Engineer, Image Recognition

As a Software Engineer at KERV, you will be leading the charge to rapidly innovate our software stack.  This engineer will become the resident expert on our image recognition pipeline, with a particular focus on training neural nets, implementing modules and APIs.

Business Development, Publisher Partnerships (NYC)

The Business Development Representative thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment and wants to help publishers and technology partners achieve success with a cutting edge video product suite. This person should be passionate about leveraging their knowledge of the digital video landscape, using that knowledge to build new client and publisher seller relationships, turn existing MSA’s into fruitful partnerships, and drive new revenue for the company.
