Junior Digital Strategist

This role will require the Junior Digital Strategist to handle multiple facets of a campaign arc, from the pre/post-sell phase all the way through the post-campaign phase. Specifically, the Junior Digital Strategist will be responsible for coordinating with a Digital Strategist(s) on any media plans, wrap decks, campaign analysis, etc. needing attention in the Strategy teams’ queue. The Junior Digital Strategist will be required to think creatively and thoroughly understand company materials, so they can apply company features and offerings effectively in any situation. The Junior Digital Strategist will be pivotal in keeping the Strategy team efficient and on schedule as it pertains to deadlines.

Responsibilites:

  • Assist with/own approving any media plans that they manage
  • Assist with/own processing client materials to aid Strategy team
  • Assist with/own any post-campaign wrap materials
  • Assist with/own client recap email generation throughout a campaign’s lifespan
  • Assist with/own monitoring potential Sales opportunities that could hit Strategy’s queue
  • Assist with/own creation of supporting materials for Strategy
  • Write POVs on relevant industry shifts that could have an impact on our core business
  • Help facilitate correspondence between Product team and Strategy team
  • Assist with client Kick Off Calls (KOCs)
  • Formulate solutions to aid in process

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Excel required; OMSs, PM systems, CRM systems, media platforms, G-Suite and PowerPoint is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking demonstrated by a high attention to detail
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient teambuilding skills with established history of solution-oriented, problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated via clear and confident communication with both team members and clients
  • Able to resolve client issues efficiently, effectively and expeditiously in an independent manner 
  • Highly organized, process-oriented and proactive
  • High degree of accountability and integrity
  • Able to remain on task and avoid distraction
  • Demonstrated history of completing tasks and projects on time without sacrificing high quality of work
