Associate, Creative Strategy & Platform Services

The Associate, Creative Strategy and Platform Services position plays a pivotal role in directly supporting clients, sales team and ops teams by delivering fully functional interactive Videos and Banners using KERV’s Radius platform.

This position is fast paced and requires a full understanding of KERV’s technology along with a good technical understanding of the design process and design tools. In addition to a strong design portfolio, the Creative Strategist should pay attention to detail with the ability to quickly shift focus between a multitude of tasks. This candidate will report to and work directly under the Manager, Creative & Platform Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for clients based on KPIs utilizing Kerv’s Radius Platform
    • Including the ability to curate copy and links from client/brand resources.
  • Periodically Edit videos for specific client needs including shortening longer form videos and adding custom graphical end frames where needed.
  • Create/maintain spec sheets, best practices, and all other product/process support materials
  • Periodically attend calls with client and Digital Strategy teams to discuss overall campaign goals and timelines.
  • Support the Product and Sales teams directly for pitch or marketing demos
  • Directly support Strategy team with higher priority RFP demos for timely and refined submissions
  • Maintain and organize all materials and assets for easy internal team accessibility.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years in design in media/advertising/marketing industry (or related)
  • Commitment to excellence and a portfolio of design achievements against set goals
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier)
  • Experience with presentation applications (Google Slides, PowerPoint,)
  • Ability to adhere to an established set of brand guidelines and templates
  • Knowledge/experience with Google Suite & MS Office
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication: emails, phone, in-person, video call
  • Highly efficient and self-motivated with the ability to work with multiple internal disciplines, tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized and pays strong attention to detail
  • A true passion for interactive video technology, digital media and graphic design/visual communication
  • An understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and technologies, including programmatic is a plus (e.g., SSPs, AdExchanges, DSPs, DMPs etc.)
  • Familiarity/experience with the following is a plus: WordPress, Sketch, Zeplin, Mailchimp, HTML/CSS is a plus.
