Associate, Activation and Strategy

This role will require the Associate position to handle multiple facets of a campaign arc in partnership with the Planning team, primarily focusing on assisting with campaign activation, data analysis, optimization and more. Specifically, the ADS will be responsible for understanding media plans built by the Planning team, formulating wrap decks, performing campaign analysis, etc. needing attention in the Activation teams’ queue. The Associate position will be required to think creatively and thoroughly understand company materials so they can apply company features and offerings effectively in any situation. The Associate position will be pivotal in keeping the Strategy team efficient and on schedule as it pertains to deadlines.

  • Assist with approving any media plans that they are involved with
  • Assist with/own processing client materials to aid Strategy team
  • Assist with/own any post-campaign wrap materials
  • Assist with/own client recap email generation throughout a campaign’s lifespan
  • Assist with/own monitoring potential Sales opportunities and communication that could hit Activation teams’ queue
  • Assist with/own creation of supporting materials for the Activation team
  • Assist with POVs on relevant industry shifts that could have an impact on our core business
  • Help facilitate correspondence between Planning team and Activation team
  • Assist with client Kick Off Calls (KOCs)
  • Formulate solutions to aid in process
  • Continuously learn about foundational industry topics
  • Understand KERV product implementation and support department growth


  • Education level: Undergraduate Degree
  • Experience: at least 1 year of relevant industry experience is preferred, but not required (the thinking here is anyone brought in will have to be thoroughly trained so experience isn’t a must)
  • Specific skills: Knowledge of Excel is required; OMSs, PM systems, CRM systems, media platforms, G-Suite and PowerPoint is preferred but not required
